Then we do the prep right, even the slow parts you will never see once the floor is down, like grinding to bare stone, filling every crack, and reading the slab for moisture before we pick a coat. None of that shows in the finished floor. All of it is the reason the floor lasts. We would rather take the extra hours up front than come back to fix a shortcut later.
